A group of Mennonites including Joe Heikman and Krista Loewen of Wildwood Mennonite, Henry Krause of Langley Mennonite Fellowship, Sara Anderson of Osler Mennonite Church, and more, are deliberating about what it means to repudiate the Doctrine of Discovery. Pray for them as they prepare to share a presentation and a resolution at Mennonite Church Canada Assembly 2016.

CMU Events and Opportunities for Posting June 12, 2016

1.    Public Lecture with John Ralston Saul – The Canadian School of Peacebuilding presents John Ralston Saul, Canadian award-winning philosopher, novelist and essayist, speaking on  ‘Living with Uncertainty: The Road to Peace’ on June 14 at 7:00 PM at  Marpeck Commons, 2299 Grant Ave. A book signing will take place after the lecture.
