Hosts needed - MCC Manitoba is seeking host families for participants in IVEP (MCC's International Volunteer Exchange Program) for an 11-month period beginning in September. 1.      Catch Olympic fever and get active at CMU Blazers Summer Sports Camps 2016!

·         August 22-26: Junior soccer (grades 5-8), ultimate Frisbee (grades 7-10), and Junior High volleyball and basketball camps (grades 6-8)

2.      Canadian Mennonite University invites inquiries and applications for the full-time position of Custodian. Applications should be submitted immediately and will be accepted until this position is filled. Inquiries should be directed to Dianna Robson, Director of Human Resources at drobson@cmu.ca or 204-594-0532. 

3.      Evening Courses: CMU offers a number of evening courses as part of its undergraduate curriculum. These courses are available for audit or credit to students not enrolled in a full time program. Evening courses offered this fall include History of the United States from 1607; Film, Faith, and Popular Culture; and Developmental Psychology - Childhood. 4.      Take and Read: A Theological Book Discussion Group: Engage in discussion facilitated by CMU Faculty member Dr. Paul Doerksen during the 2016/2017 school year. The theme will be The Objects of Our Love: The Shaping Power of Attention. The first of four bi-monthly sessions will take place on Wednesday October 5, 2016 in the Large Board Room on the north side of Shaftesbury Campus.
