Advent & Christmas Project

During Advent (starting Nov. 27th) we invite the congregation to support SMC’s Community Outreach Ministry through our annual Winter Warmth Giving Project.  This year we are targeting family breakfasts.

Healthy breakfast ideas:

Milk                                 Eggs

Cereal/oatmeal                 Breakfast bars

Margarine                         Peanut butter

Any other ideas?

When purchasing, think of a family that has 2 adults, 2 preschool or school children. Irene Kroeker and/or family will be at the door as you walk into church accepting perishable items and will place in fridge as needed. Perishable items will be handed out that week to a targeted family; it is our wish that by Christmas, every family connected with outreach will have had an opportunity to have a healthy breakfast
